As a venue for events, the auditorium usually has to accommodate a lot of people, and auditorium chairs are standard seats in the auditorium. So how do you sit to maximize the comfort features of auditorium chairs? This requires us to make appropriate sitting posture adjustments when using auditorium chairs.
1. Viewing height
Close your eyes, and then slowly open your eyes, just enough to see the stage or the front. If it is too high or too low, it will be uncomfortable, so you need to make corresponding adjustments to reduce neck muscle strain.
2. Back waist
Don't huddle in an auditorium chair when you feel tired, as this will put additional pressure on your lower back and intervertebral discs. Place your back close to the back of the chair. You can place a cushion to allow your back to bend slightly. This way, when you are tired, your body will not curl up and the burden on your back can be minimized.
3. Calf
With your buttocks pressed against the back of the chair, try to see if your clenched fist can pass through the space between the back of your calf and the front of the chair. If this cannot be done easily, then the chair is too deep and you need to move the back of the chair forward, add a cushion, or change the chair.
4. Thigh
Check that your fingers can slide freely under your thighs and at the front of the chair. If the space is too tight, you need to add an adjustable footrest to support your thighs.
