Auditorium chairs are also indispensable school furniture in schools. They are used in some important formal occasions such as auditoriums and academic lecture halls. There are also different maintenance methods for the four different materials.
1. Auditorium chairs with linen and textile fabrics
When the chair surface is slightly dusty, just pat it off or clean it with a vacuum cleaner; when it is stained with particles, you can use a soft brush to brush it lightly; if it is accidentally stained with beverage-like substances, you can first absorb the moisture with a paper towel, then wipe it gently with a warm neutral detergent, and then use a clean cloth to absorb the moisture, and dry it at low temperature.
Fabric maintenance is prohibited from using wet cloth, sharp objects or acidic, alkaline and other chemicals to contact the fabric, so as not to affect its service life. Generally, you only need to wipe it gently with a clean and soft cloth.
2. Auditorium chairs with leather and PU leather fabrics
When the auditorium chair is made of leather, you can use neutral cleaning liquid and soft cloth to wipe it when cleaning minor stains, and do not rub it hard; if it is a long-term dirt, the ideal cleaning method is to wipe it with a neutral cleaning liquid (1%-3%) diluted with warm water, then wipe off the cleaning liquid with a wrung-out clean water rag, and finally polish it with a clean and soft dry cloth. When it is completely dry, wipe it evenly with an appropriate amount of leather care agent. For daily maintenance of general leather chair surfaces, just use a clean and soft cloth to gently wipe the leather surface.
3. Part of wooden materials
Auditorium chairs made of wooden materials should avoid beverages, chemicals or overheated or over-scalding objects on the surface during use, so as not to damage the natural color of the wooden surface. Wooden seats should be cleaned regularly, and the surface should be gently wiped with a pure cotton dry soft cloth to remove the floating and sinking. If there are stains on the surface, the stains can be wiped off with warm tea water. After drying, apply a little polish wax, and rub it to form a protective film.
Be careful not to let hard metal products or other sharp objects collide with the seat during daily cleaning to avoid surface damage.
4. Metallic materials
When cleaning metal seats on a daily basis, avoid using rough, organic solvents (rosin oil, decontamination oil) or wet cloth to wipe them to avoid surface scratches and rust. It is strictly forbidden to use corrosive cleaners such as strong acids and alkalis or abrasive powdery cleaners. Vacuum cleaners are suitable for auditorium chairs made of all materials. Vacuum cleaners can be used to clean debris in the gaps between the cushions, chair backs, armrests and seat surfaces. However, be careful not to use a suction brush to avoid damaging the weaving thread, and avoid using extra suction to suck.
When the auditorium chair is sitting down and tilting, if there is an abnormal sound, you can use lubricating liquid to spray around the axis joint or springs to eliminate the sound.
