As the venue for the event, the auditorium usually accommodates a lot of people, and the auditorium chair is the standard seat in the auditorium. So how do you sit to maximize the comfort of auditorium chairs? This requires us to make proper sitting posture adjustments in the use of auditorium chairs.
1. Height of viewing angle
Close your eyes, then slowly open your eyes, just to see the stage or the front, if it is too high or too low, it will be uncomfortable, then you need to make corresponding adjustments to reduce neck muscle strain.
2. Back waist
Don't huddle in an auditorium chair when you feel tired, this will add extra pressure on the lower back and intervertebral discs. Put your buttocks close to the back of the chair, and you can put a cushion so that your back can bend slightly, so that when you are tired, your body will not shrink into a ball, and the burden on your back can be minimized.
3. Calf
With your hips against the back of the chair, try to see if you can push your clenched fist through the space between the back of your calves and the front of the chair. If you can't do it easily, then the chair is too deep, you need to adjust the back of the chair forward, put a cushion or change the chair.
4. Thigh
Check that your fingers can slide freely under your thighs, at the very front of the chair. Add an adjustable footrest to elevate your thighs if it's too tight between your thighs and the chair. If there is a finger's width between your thigh and the front of the auditorium chair, then raise the chair height.
